This is a young, organic and vegan white wine, made from 100% Verdejo grapes. It has a soft and bright greenish yellow colour. On the nose we find citrus notes, with aromas of pear and hints of tropical fruits. It has good acidity and a long finish.
Our recommendation is to save this Finca Fabián Verdejo for a day at the beach, paired with some delicious calamari.
2. Viento Aliseo Viognier

It is a cherry red coloured wine with violet hues. It has a pleasant aromatic intensity, presence of red fruits with a menthol undertone. There are floral, licorice and cocoa notes. The palate is fresh and harmonious with a long and persistent finish.
4. Dominio de Punctum Rosado

There is no better choice than this organic, vegan and biodynamic rosé to accompany an avocado salad and simply enjoy the sunny day.
